Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced sales leader to manage the sales and clinical teams for their assigned territory. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing our culture of trust, honor, and integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to support region growth. Responsibilities

As a sales leader at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Directing the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives
  • Leading and managing the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members
  • Directing sales performance in specified regions
  • Identifying, hiring, retaining, and developing talent through proactive performance management
  • Developing strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts
  • Establishing effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure sensitivity to sales needs
  • Leading difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional departments to support region growth

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales
  • At least 5 years of sales leadership experience in the medical device industry
  • Proven success developing and executing sales strategies that result in exceptional results
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships with executives and managers
  • Experience with sales performance management and talent development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing
  • Experience with medical device sales in a specific therapeutic area, such as circulatory or respiratory support
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Experience with sales performance management software and tools
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis
