Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack HR/LR Site Lead, you'll be responsible for delivering HR and LR services to our Charlotte Client Care and Aftersales site, which employs approximately 125 people. You'll work closely with our Plant Supervisor to drive GM culture, promote positive employee experiences, and improve worker engagement. You'll also be responsible for managing a positive working relationship with the association, arranging and implementing local and public arrangements, and participating in Joint Authority Meetings and exercises.

Key Responsibilities

* Join forces with the Plant Supervisor in driving GM culture, advancing positive employee experiences, and improving worker engagement

  • Advance a positive working relationship with the association through consistent use of local and public arrangements
  • Arrange and implement local and public arrangements
  • Participate in Joint Authority Meetings and exercises
  • Ensure adherence to the Complaint Procedure
  • Provide HR services to the site (e.g., talent management, performance management, compensation planning, recruiting and selection, etc.)
  • Ensure consistency to policy and support investigations of employee concerns
  • Manage hourly, contract, and salaried workforce organization
  • Work with training on HR policies, HR/LR methods, and legal agreements, including the UAW Local and Public agreements
  • Champion allocated Workplace Security Framework Components and organization of local health-related items
  • Support Individuals Inclusion and execution of our Global Manufacturing Framework (GMS)

Center HR:

* Champion undertakings that help key HR and Focus of Mastery (COE) goals in capability and country

  • Collaborate with Site Administration and Individuals Pioneers in driving GM culture, advancing positive employee experiences, and improving worker engagement
  • Participate in ordinary HRM and Ability Gathering conversations with Site Administration
  • Collaborate with COE to ensure that local strategies, methods, regulations, collective agreements, and guidelines are controlled fittingly as per country and utilitarian bearing
  • Overflow expansive communications and declarations. Provide expansive communications on HR/LR drives, process changes, and upgrades that influence all employees
  • Ensure fitting support to the business in respect Human Resources Plans execution
  • Support undertaking drives, including Ability Spotting, Workplace of Decision, Variety, Value, and Consideration, and remuneration programs
  • Support processes on employee life cycle from recruit to exit
  • Capability as heightening resource for unprecedented or remarkable employee issues
  • Cooperate with Lawful and Government to keep up with top to bottom information on business prerequisites connected with the executives of employees, decreasing legitimate dangers, and guaranteeing administrative consistence. Accomplices with legitimate divisions depending on the situation/required

Work:

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year college education in HR, LR, Business, or related field

  • At least 3 years of experience providing HR and/or LR support to an organization
  • Experience working in an organizational climate, arranging, and settling conflicts

Preferred Qualifications

* Unmarried or potentially Graduate degree in HR, LR, business, or related field

  • Understanding of Health and Safety practices and requirements
  • Experience in Warehouse, Manufacturing, Activity, or Appropriation
  • Coordinated, ready to work autonomously, fulfill time constraints, and flourish in an uncertain climate
  • Profoundly capable logical and project management abilities
  • Solid Relational Abilities
  • Amazing written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capability in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR applications (e.g., Normal working day, etc.)
  • Capacity to keep up with classification in regards to HR/LR matters
