Job Summary

As a Full Stack Live Chat Assistant and Content Moderator, you will be responsible for managing community interactions, moderating content, and providing basic customer support on popular platforms like Twitch, Discord, and YouTube. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital media, community engagement, and customer support. With full training provided, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Moderate content on popular platforms like Twitch, Discord, and YouTube to ensure that community guidelines are followed and users are protected from harassment and abuse. - Provide basic customer support through live chat, responding to user queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Engage with users on social media platforms, responding to comments, and messages in a friendly and helpful manner. - Use tools such as Facebook Messenger to communicate with users and provide support. - Collaborate with the arenaflex team to develop and implement community engagement strategies that promote a positive and supportive online environment. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community engagement and customer support.

Essential Qualifications

- Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively through written language. - Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
