Key Responsibilities:
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Remote, Bilingual - Spanish and English, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service support via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet
- Resolving routine problems and questions regarding arenaflex's products and/or services
- Interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilizing arenaflex's technology and systems to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues
- Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Language Skills:
The ability to read, write, and speak fluently both Spanish and English
Customer Service Experience:
1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
Availability:
Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Education:
A high school diploma or GED
Work Environment:
A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, eagerness to learn new technologies, strong computer navigation skills, and PC knowledge
Equipment:
A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
