Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Arranging sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions for families, couples, singles, businesses, and more
- Determining customer needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
- Planning and arranging event packages
- Booking reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons, and more
- Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on travel options and destinations
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requests
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- To be a resident of the USA or Mexico (preference given to residents of these countries)
