URGENT HIRING! Remote Certified Public Accountant

Cube Care is looking for detail-oriented and proactive REMOTE CPAs to manage financial reporting, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights that drive smarter business decisions. This is more than just a number-crunching job. You will be a trusted advisor helping shape financial health and long-term growth, all from the flexibility of a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, organize, update financial records. Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments. Perform daily reconciliation of credit card, bank accounts, cash accounts, spending accounts, etc. Setup financial accounts as needed. Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivables. Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns. Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly. Keep company financial information confidential. Ensure vendor accounts are kept up to date for the entire organization. Inventory Management China Purchase Management Qualifications: Excellent English verbal and written communication. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in relevant field. Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Preferably experienced accounting/finance employees specializing in US Accounting System. Familiarity with accounting applications, modules, and financial statements. Motivation to exceed expectations while working independently Friendly, fast learner who can adapt to change and have a “can-do” attitude Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, etc. Experience in Procurement and Logistics industry is a plus.
