Experience: 7 Years+ Location: Indore, Raipur, Gurgaon, Bangalore (Remote) Shift: 6:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST As a US IT Recruiter at NucleusTeq, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top technical talent for our growing team. We are looking for self-motivated and target-driven professionals who can efficiently handle multiple requirements simultaneously. Key Requirements: 7+ years experience in US IT Recruitment Strong understanding of technical roles & hiring lifecycle Hands-on experience with sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search Excellent networking skills with a strong network of contractual agencies Excellent communication, persuasion & negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work in US Shift A good understanding of US work authorization types such as H1B, GC, USC, etc., Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills will be highly valued in this role.
