What You'll Do
Lead and manage the design team, including graphic designers, UX/UI designers, and other creative professionals Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives Oversee the creation of design concepts, prototypes, and final deliverables Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective communication of the brand message Provide creative direction and feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment Ensure all design materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the design process Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design projects Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients What You'll Bring 10+ Years of experience in substation physical design Knowledge of NESC and NEC when designing substations.
