The Analytics Implementation Engineer will serve as the technical expert responsible for translating digital analytics requirements into precise, scalable implementations. Reporting to a Senior Manager, this role focuses on the "how" of data collection-ensuring accurate, efficient instrumentation across web, mobile, and connected TV plattorms. If you are passionate about discovering solutions hidden in large data sets to improve business outcomes, consider this your pass to the captivating world of Data Science & Business Intelligence! .🚀💻 \n Key Responsibilities• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and external consulting teams to design, implement, and maintain digital analytics tracking across web, native mobile apps (iOS and Android), and Connected TV/OTT platforms (e.g., Roku, Samsung, Vizio).

• Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) on how digital analytics technologies are deployed and optimized, providing guidance on best practices for scalable, sustainable instrumentation.
• Document requirements, data models, and key data definitions to ensure consistency and transparency in data collection.
• Translate business and analytics requirements into technical specifications that front-end and back-end engineers can easily understand and act on.
• Support and advise engineers by answering technical questions, reviewing proposed implementations, and validating that tracking approaches align with data collection goals.
• Contribute to documentation of analytics tracking and data flows to ensure technical clarity for engineering teams.
• Leverage and integrate tooling platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Firebase, and other SKs to ensure consistent and efficient event tracking implementations.
• Collaborate on implementation planning with the Senior Manager and stakeholder teams to ensure prioritized, strategic, and technically feasible deployment of analytics capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:• 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital analytics implementation or analytics engineering.

• Proven expertise with GA4 Enterprise - event schema design, custom dimensions/metrics, and BigQuery export.
• Hands-on experience with GTM (web and mobile containers) and Firebase SDK for iOS and Android.
• Experience implementing Measurement Protocol for CTV platforms without native SDK/GTM support.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and BigQuery querying.
• JavaScript proficiency sufficient to read, debug, and write tracking scripts and tag logic
• Demonstrated ability to audit and resolve analytics data quality issues across platforms.
• Excellent cross-functional communication - comfortable working across product, engineering, and BI stakeholders.

Additional Experience Desired:• Prior media or streaming experience - video playback tracking (heartbeat events, milestone firing, buffering states).

• Familiarity with COPPA-compliant analytics for children's digital products.
• OTT/CTV platform experience (Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV) and knowledge of their SK constraints.
• Experience coordinating third-party integrations and defining analytics data contracts with external partners.
• Willingness to adopt and experiment with Al-powered tools and workflows to improve analytics implementation efficiency, documentation quality, and data debugging processes.
