Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects. Support the project team in adhering to project timelines and milestones. Help facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning) as needed. Collaborate with team members to prepare project roadmaps. Assist in documenting project requirements, processes, and status reports. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve blockers. Work with various teams to ensure accurate information sharing on related projects. Maintain project-related information on platforms like Confluence or similar tools. Skills & Qualifications Management & Collaboration Skills Project coordination Communication (written and verbal) Problem-solving Team collaboration Documentation Frameworks & Methodologies Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) Understanding of the waterfall methodology Basic knowledge of SDLC Tools & Platforms Exposure to project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps) Familiarity with visual diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Excalidraw, Claude, etc.) Ability to use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, Jira’s Rovo, etc. Experience: 1+ years of experience serving as a TPM Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electronics, Computer Science, Business Administration) Project Management or Scrum Master certification (desired, but not required) Benefits: Fully remote Flexible Schedule Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid parental/bereavement leave Worldwide recognized clients to build skills for an excellent resume Top-notch team to learn and grow with Salary: $2,900 monthly Background checks may be required for certain positions/projects.
