About the Role: We are looking for a Director, Marketing Diagnosis Acceleration to join our marketing team and contribute to a meaningful change in the trajectory of bronchiectasis for thousands of patients. Reporting to the Global Commercial Lead in bronchiectasis, this role is part of a team that owns the strategy and execution of a diagnosis acceleration engine—shaping how patients are identified, evaluated, and ultimately diagnosed. What You'll Do: In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to support and shape the bronchiectasis patient journey from symptom onset through diagnosis, prioritizing intervention points and deploying solutions to accelerate time to diagnosis. You'll also: Drive measurable growth in diagnosed patients by identifying and activating high-impact intervention points across the patient journey—from symptom onset through confirmed diagnosis Build and scale integrated programs that increase clinical suspicion and appropriate screening across priority HCP segments Own the end-to-end execution of diagnosis acceleration initiatives, ensuring programs are analytically grounded, continuously optimized, and tied to clear performance outcomes Uncover and capitalize on overlooked opportunities—leveraging data, insights, and experimentation to identify new pathways to patient identification Partner cross-functionally and globally to translate strategy into execution across regions, ensuring consistency with local adaptability You will design and deploy a portfolio of initiatives that directly influence how and when patients are diagnosed, including: Field-based education across multiple specialties to shift clinical behavior Scalable peer-to-peer engagement (in-person and digital) to accelerate adoption of diagnostic best practices Multi-channel campaigns targeting both HCPs and patients to drive awareness and action Congress strategy as a lever to shape clinical dialogue and momentum Who You Are: You have a Bachelors Degree along 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing. An MBA is preferred. You are or you also have: Respiratory or rare disease experience preferred Skilled business storyteller - connecting customer insight, market dynamics, and business objectives into clear, persuasive narratives that influence stakeholders and accelerate outcomes Strong analytical thinker who uses data, insights, and structured problem-solving to identify opportunities, make decisions, and continuously optimize performance Equally comfortable defining strategy and leading from the front to deliver high-impact execution Collaborative partner who can influence without authority and activate teams behind a shared vision, purpose Growth-minded leader with a natural curiosity and a disciplined commitment to continuous development Where You’ll Work This is a fully remote role. It can be performed effectively from anywhere while staying connected to your Insmed team and community. Occasional travel for team meetings or events will be expected.
