Job Type: Full-Time, Remote (Nepal-Based) We are currently seeking a qualified HR Administrator to manage and optimize HR systems, automate workflows, and support the full employee lifecycle. Responsibilities: Build and manage automated hiring workflows in JazzHR Manage onboarding and offboarding processes in GoCo Ensure completion and compliance of US I-9 forms and other required onboarding documentation Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and HR documentation Support US-based payroll, benefits, and compliance processes Track deadlines, employee records, and HR documentation for accuracy and compliance Identify process gaps and propose improvements for HR operations Assist with HR compliance related to US labor law, PTO policies, and leave management Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in any HR field Experience using JazzHR, GoCo, or other HRIS/ATS systems Knowledge of US HR compliance, including I-9 and onboarding/offboarding requirements is a plus Experience automating HR workflows and building SOPs Strong digital and tech skills; comfortable working remotely with a US-based team Excellent English speaking and communication skills Compensation and Benefits: $700–$800 per month, depending on experience Fully remote position Work hours: 5 am to 2 pm CST Opportunity to shape HR systems for a growing US-based company Exposure to US HR practices and compliance Career growth opportunities We do not accept unsolicited resumes or outreach from staffing or recruiting agencies.
