Date Posted: 2026-05-15Country: IndiaLocation: IN-KA-BENGALURU-008 ~ Hitech, Defence & Aerospace Park ~ HI TECH DEFENSEPosition Role Type: Remote What you will do: Drafts, generates, interprets, negotiates, and manages complex agreements in accordance with internal and external customer schedules and requests, to ensure these documents properly reflect business objectives; Advises and/or represents the organization on moderate to complex negotiations and contract administration matters; Participates in and/or conducts front-end assessments of legal risks, negotiates and executes agreements, and serves as primary contact with customers and/or suppliers to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements and customer specifications; Represents the organization to suppliers, internal stakeholders, competitors and governmental agencies; Provides resolution of business or technical issues by identifying legal solutions and recommending a course of action; Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and makes recommendations to mitigate contractual/program risks; Compiles and analyzes data and maintains records; Manages small projects or processes and works autonomously with limited oversight from manager Coaches and reviews work of peers and junior team members Drives and/or supports continuous improvement initiatives Utilizes supplier-specific templates, training materials, and other standard work Logs turnbacks to enable process optimization Qualifications you must have: Contract negotiation experience, specifically with terms and conditions Diligent attention to detail Strong English language proficiency Manages small projects or processes and works autonomously with limited oversight from manager Must have a bachelor’s degree; LLB preferred with 5 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience OR In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required Qualifications we prefer: Experience working in a law firm or similar legal setting, preferably with a focus on transactional law and/or commercial contracting Certification or experience in continuous or process improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, or similar) Experience in a large matrixed organization Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
