What You’ll Be Doing Product Development & Innovation Design and implement high-quality front-end features that directly impact customer experience and product growth Contribute across the stack where needed (including backend exposure) Build, refine, and optimise complex algorithms (including RPA orchestration logic) Ownership & Technical Leadership Take end-to-end ownership of your work — from concept through to deployment and iteration Make thoughtful decisions around architecture, performance, and scalability Champion clean, maintainable code and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For Core Skills & Experience Strong experience with vanilla JavaScript (deep understanding of fundamentals) Experience with modern frameworks (React is a strong plus) Proven ability to work in and improve existing codebases Solid understanding of performance optimisation and scalable UI design Engineering & DevOps Mindset Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure or similar) Understanding of containerisation / infrastructure concepts is a plus Ways of Working Comfortable balancing independent work and collaborative problem-solving Strong grasp of software engineering best practices (testing, code reviews, agile delivery) Able to context-switch across multiple initiatives without losing quality What Sets You Apart You’re a self-starter who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do You enjoy figuring things out, asking questions, and improving how things work You care about building products that truly deliver value to customers You bring a pragmatic approach to quality — high standards without perfectionism slowing progress You’re excited by the idea of making a visible impact in a smaller, growing company Good to know At C TWO we respect and reward skills, experience, and performance.
