Summary This role is primarily responsible for conducting root cause analysis on claim denials, identifying trends and systemic issues, and working collaboratively with internal and external constituents to mitigate future denials. The Denial Analyst will compile findings into actionable reports and present recommendations to cross-functional teams for process improvement. The Denial Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for denial-related questions and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). · 2+ years of experience in denial management, revenue cycle analytics, or a related healthcare finance role. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
