Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Training & development The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Define and document business functions and processes. Analyze the integration of business functions with technology. Maintain a working knowledge of accounting, procurement, finance, or contract management. Assist with business case development and business process reengineering. Consult with management and personnel to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements. Recommend new processes that yield operational efficiencies. Develop or assist with project work plans, project timelines. Software testing and confirming adherence to acceptance criteria. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: Ten (2) plus years of experience in Business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation Facilitating meetings with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications Data analysis, workflow mapping, and process improvement Supporting software development teams with user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable: Experience with public-sector or government projects. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Experience conducting user training and developing user guides. This is a remote position. Apply To This Job
