Enrollment Customer Service Specialist
This is a remote position. We are looking for an Enrollment Customer Service Specialist to provide remote support to families throughout the enrollment and registration process. This role involves assisting parents with questions, providing account support, helping with scheduling, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
Assist families with enrollment inquiries and account support Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and chat Guide parents through registration processes Update customer information in internal systems Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate when needed Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Support scheduling and appointment coordination Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
Requirements
