Real Estate Administrative Assistant
This is a remote position. The role begins on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. No prior real estate experience is required, and training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update client records, documents, and internal systems
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support data entry, document processing, and file organization
- Coordinate tasks across team members and departments
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all assignments

Qualifications

- 0–2 years of administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred
- Familiarity with basic office tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is an advantage
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
