Frontend Developer (React)
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Frontend Developer to support a UK-based employer in building modern, responsive web interfaces. This role is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support frontend development tasks across multiple UK-based projects Handle bug fixes, feature requests, and code reviews in a timely manner Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones Maintain accurate records of development progress, documentation, and version control Use relevant tools such as React, TypeScript, Git, and modern CI/CD pipelines Support the wider team with technical guidance, sprint planning, and delivery Identify opportunities to improve performance, accessibility, and user experience Qualifications and Experience 3+ years of experience in frontend development with React or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and version control tools like Git Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment Salary: R45,000/month | 100% Remote Apply To This Job
