About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Channel Marketing Manager to lead and execute partner-focused marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth and revenue across indirect sales channels. In this role, you will work closely with Sales and Partner Management to develop scalable demand generation programs, manage lead lifecycle processes, and optimize partner engagement activities using Hubspot and related marketing technologies. You will play a key role in aligning marketing and sales processes, improving MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and ensuring measurable campaign performance across partner ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Partner & Channel Marketing Develop and execute integrated partner marketing campaigns Manage co-marketing initiatives with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners Support partner enablement with marketing assets and campaign toolkits Coordinate webinars, events, digital campaigns, and content syndication activities Demand Generation & Lead Management Drive lead generation programs across partner channels Define and optimize MQL and SQL qualification criteria Manage lead nurturing and marketing automation workflows Ensure smooth lead routing and handoff processes between Marketing, Sales, and Partners Monitor pipeline contribution and campaign ROI Marketing Operations Maintain and optimize marketing automation workflows in HubSpot Support CRM data quality, segmentation, and reporting structures Collaborate with Marketing Operations on lead scoring and lifecycle management Ensure accurate campaign attribution and funnel reporting Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance and conversion metrics Analyze MQL → SQL → Opportunity funnel performance Prepare dashboards and executive reports Identify optimization opportunities to improve partner engagement and pipeline generation Requirements: Experience min 3+ years of experience in Channel Marketing, Demand Generation, or B2B Marketing Experience working with indirect sales channels and partner ecosystems Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM processes Technical Skills Hands-on experience with Hubspot Experience with lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and workflow automation Familiarity with campaign analytics and reporting Soft Skills Strong stakeholder management skills Analytical and data-driven mindset Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment
