About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Boomi Integration expert to drive the design, development, and governance of our enterprise integration strategy. The ideal candidate will provide strong technical leadership and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, secure, and scalable integrations across cloud and on‑premise systems, including ERP, CRM, and SaaS platforms.
What You Will Do
Architecture & Design: Lead end‑to‑end integration architecture using Dell Boomi AtomSphere, establishing best practices, reusable patterns, and strong governance frameworks. Development Leadership: Design and build complex Boomi integration processes, including API management and EDI integrations (REST, SOAP, and file‑based). Mentorship & Code Review: Mentor and guide development teams, conduct design and code reviews, and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Collaboration: Partner with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration roadmaps. Performance & Security: Optimize integration performance and implement robust error handling, logging, and security measures (e.g., encryption and API security). Operational Excellence: Oversee DevOps practices for integrations, including version control (Git) and CI/CD pipeline management. What You Need to Be Successful Experience: 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration, including at least 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Dell Boomi development and architecture Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Boomi AtomSphere, including Integration, API Management, and Master Data Hub Platform Skills: Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, Groovy/JavaScript, and SQL Connectors: Extensive experience working with standard connectors such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, and databases Certification: Boomi Certified Professional Developer or Architect (preferred/required) Bonus Points If You Have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently and drive technical decisions. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability and scalability of our digital transformation journey. Experience with Agile methodologies. What Makes You Eligible This position requires up to 10% of travel. Be willing to work in Bangalore, INDIA.
