Job Description

The Digital Consultant supports the day-to-day management of a high-traffic global careers website and the coordination of CRM and email marketing campaigns for a prestigious global client. Embedded within the client employer brand function, this role plays a critical part in delivering seamless, engaging, and compliant digital candidate experiences while supporting talent attraction and employer branding initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as an operational delivery partner for careers website and CRM-related activities, requiring minimal supervision. Manage and update content across the client’s global careers website, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with employer brand guidelines. Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal content teams to plan, build, and publish job-related content, landing pages, and campaign assets. Monitor website performance, usability, and candidate experience, proactively identifying issues and partnering with technical teams to resolve them. Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns using the client’s CRM or email marketing platform. Segment talent audiences and tailor messaging to support recruitment marketing campaigns and employer brand objectives. Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future activity. Act as a key point of contact between the client and internal teams (content, design, technology), ensuring deliverables are aligned, timely, and compliant. Support the planning and execution of digital talent attraction initiatives and campaigns as required. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Position Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in a related field. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Experience in website content management and/or CRM or email campaign coordination, ideally within recruitment marketing or employer branding environments.
