Senior Analyst (REMOTE) to join our team in Mexico, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX). Título del puesto: Analista de Datos y Control Operativo Objetivo del puesto: Asegurar la correcta consolidación, actualización y calidad de la información operativa y financiera del proyecto, mediante la integración de múltiples fuentes de datos y la automatización de procesos, facilitando la generación de reportes confiables para la toma de decisiones. Responsabilidades: Consolidar información de diversas fuentes en bases de datos estructuradas. Mantener actualizados los registros de costos, ingresos y headcount. Elaborar reportes periódicos y análisis comparativos (real vs forecast, variaciones mensuales). Validar la calidad y consistencia de la información. Automatizar procesos manuales de carga, transformación y reporte de datos. Apoyar en la preparación de información para reportes financieros mensuales. Dar seguimiento al control administrativo de recursos y proveedores. Documentar procesos y proponer mejoras de eficiencia operativa. Requisitos: Licenciatura en áreas afines (Ingeniería, Sistemas, Administración, Finanzas). Experiencia en manejo y análisis de datos. Excel intermedio-avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, manejo de datos). Conocimientos en automatización (Power Query, macros, Python o similar) deseables. Familiaridad con herramientas de inteligencia artificial aplicada a procesos (deseable). Habilidades: Pensamiento analítico y estructurado. Atención al detalle y precisión. Organización y seguimiento. Proactividad y enfoque en mejora continua. Capacidad para trabajar con grandes volúmenes de información. Alcance del rol: Posición orientada a la ejecución, control y automatización de procesos de información. No contempla responsabilidad en la toma de decisiones financieras estratégicas.
