Senior Program Manager
About the Role
As a Program Director, Microsoft Modern Commerce, you will play a critical leadership role in driving the adoption and success of Microsoft’s Modern Commerce platform across TD SYNNEX globally. This role sits at the center of a transformative shift—from a transactional model to a higher-value, solutions-driven business aligned to the Quantum Leap Program (QLP). You will help shape and execute a “Build Once – Use Everywhere” model, enabling scalable cloud solutions, services IP, and partner capabilities across regions. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, global platform teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to influence strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable business impact. What You’ll Do Lead Global Program Execution Drive coordination and successful rollout of Microsoft Modern Commerce across the Americas, APJ, and Europe Establish program structure, governance, and operating cadence across teams Shape Strategy & Alignment Partner with commercial, technical, operational, and functional leaders to define and evolve global cloud platform strategy Consolidate inputs into a clear, actionable roadmap Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with TD SYNNEX platform teams (SCM, SES, TNG), Modern Commerce teams, and Microsoft QLP stakeholders Align priorities, resources, and timelines across global workstreams Program Governance & Performance Manage program plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to maximize outcomes Executive Engagement & Communication Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership internally and externally Deliver clear, concise, and impactful updates, reporting, and presentations Commercial & Market Insight Maintain awareness of evolving commercial opportunities and risks Partner with leadership to adjust strategy and accelerate growth Who We’re Looking For Proven experience leading large-scale, global programs or Go-to-Market initiatives (typically 5–10+ years) Strong knowledge of the IT Channel ecosystem (distribution, MSP, hosting providers preferred) Experience working with or alongside Microsoft cloud programs highly preferred Demonstrated ability to: Influence senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization Navigate complexity and drive alignment across global teams Combine strategic thinking with operational execution Strong business acumen with: Analytical and problem-solving capabilities Knowledge of program/project management methodologies Understanding of financials, reporting, and performance tracking Key Skills Executive communication & stakeholder management Strategic thinking & program leadership Cross-functional collaboration Data-driven decision making Change management & transformation leadership Preferred Experience Familiarity with TD SYNNEX platforms (SCM, SES, TNG) Understanding of Microsoft Modern Commerce and cloud ecosystem Experience working in international, remote, and matrixed environments Working Conditions Global role requiring collaboration across multiple time zones Flexibility to support international stakeholders Travel required (domestic and international) Professional office or remote work environment At Shyft Global Services, a TD SYNNEX Company, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
