Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns efficiently
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further assistance
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and effective communication
- Identify and recommend potential product or service improvements based on customer feedback
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs)
