Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails, React, and relational database technologies. Build and optimize backend services, data flows, and application performance using MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, and Sidekiq. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality software delivery. Contribute to modern development practices and continuously improve engineering efficiency and system scalability. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in software engineering or full stack development roles. Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and MySQL. Experience developing frontend applications using React. Familiarity with Python and willingness to work with or expand expertise in Python-based solutions. Experience with Redis, ElasticSearch, and Sidekiq for scalable backend systems. Strong understanding of relational databases, query optimization, and system performance. Experience working with REST APIs and modern web application architecture. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with TypeScript. Exposure to scalable distributed systems and performance optimization practices. Interest in expanding expertise in Python-based development workflows.
