Overview
Support implementation of ServiceNow IRM and CAM capabilities within a Federal cybersecurity environment Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow solutions supporting RMF, cybersecurity workflows, and authorization package lifecycle activities Configure IRM/GRC applications, CAM Workspace, Service Catalog items, workflows, dashboards, reports, and notifications Develop custom applications, tables, automation, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs Support Employee Center portal configuration, data migration activities, UAT, deployments, and documentation Participate in Agile/SCRUM activities and provide training and knowledge transfer support Qualifications 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience Experience with ServiceNow IRM, GRC, or CAM implementations Experience configuring workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications, and Service Catalog Experience building custom ServiceNow applications and supporting RMF, cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management workflows Experience with Employee Center, Service Portal, or Workspace development Experience with CSV/JSON data imports and transformation maps Strong Agile, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment ServiceNow CSA or CAD certifications (Preferred) Nice To Have Experience supporting Federal Government customers Familiarity with NIST 800-53, CNSSI 1253, RMF, and eMASS Experience with IRM CAM Workspace customization Experience developing ServiceNow document generation templates Benefits 100% paid Medical, Dental & Vision for Our Employee 6% 401K match (Vested Immediately) 29 Days' PTO Flexible Work Schedule Tuition/Certification Reimbursement Growth Opportunities w/in an Emerging Defense Company *All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines Apply To This Job
