We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and participate in E-Verify. About this Role FiberTel is looking for an As-Built Engineer for our San Jose, Ca. location. The AS-BUILT Engineer will be responsible for creating project drawings after a job is complete and note any changes that occurred during the duration of each project. Drawings will be completed through Power Point/PDF (training provided) and proficiency in MS office will be required. She/he will work directly with project administration and field supervisors to ensure that each varying drawing is accurate when submitted. Pay: $22-28/hr, DOE

Position Responsibilities: Ability to work with a team as well as individually Create a clean and accurate As-Built package in a timely manner Develop an understanding of each As-Built project type Coordinate with field supervisors and project administrators Review drawings to ensure compliance What You'll Bring Position Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, Both written and verbal Ability to create clean and organized work Great organization skills and high attention to detail Handle stressful situations and deadlines Excellent organizational skills Knowledge of telecommunications networks, equipment, and unit types (Preferred) Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, Word Associates degree or equivalent college credits (Preferred but not mandatory) What You'll Get Working Conditions: This job operates remotely or in office where there is occasional exposure to noise and other hazards. This job routinely uses standard office equipment. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit/stand for extended periods while working at a computer and viewing a monitor. The employee frequently uses hands and fingers to operate standard office equipment, including a keyboard, mouse, and phone, and must be able to communicate effectively via phone, video conferencing, and email. Occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, or lifting of light office materials may be required.

Compensation
Range The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $22.00/Hr. - depending on experience and qualifications.
