The organization operates in a startup environment with a strong emphasis on client relationships, continuous improvement, and scalable service delivery. ✍ Short Description: The Client Success Manager (Strategic Client Advisory) will manage relationships with pest control business owners while helping clients understand and apply analytical insights related to pricing and business performance. This role is responsible for providing strategic guidance, supporting service implementation, troubleshooting client concerns, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention. The position also collaborates closely with internal teams to improve workflows, refine service delivery processes, and identify opportunities for client growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple client relationships, communicating analytical concepts clearly, and working independently in a fast-paced startup environment. 🌎 Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only) 🗣 Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+) ⏰ Schedule: Full-time, aligned with EST 😀 Start Date: ASAP 💰 Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary in USD Remote-first flexibility. PTO and paid U.S. holidays 💼 Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with pest control business owners while providing ongoing strategic guidance and support. Conduct regular client conversations to understand business needs, explain pricing analysis, and communicate business metrics clearly and effectively. Monitor client performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes and client satisfaction. Develop and refine client playbooks and workflows to standardize and optimize service delivery processes. Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback, improve processes, and support the development of new service offerings. Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional services and business growth initiatives. 💡 Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in client-facing roles within a startup, digital marketing, or consulting environment. Proven experience managing client relationships and providing strategic business guidance. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain pricing analysis, business metrics, and analytical concepts clearly to clients. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience developing or improving workflows and operational processes. Analytical understanding of business metrics, pricing strategy, margins, and KPI impact analysis. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
