TIKTOK SHOP CREATOR SPECIALIST at IncubatorLab | Remote - Worldwide IncubatorLab is looking for a TikTok Shop Creator Specialist who knows how to launch creators "hard" and dominate the FYP through strategic creator partnerships. This is not a traditional influencer role—this is about TikT ok Shop growth. You will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and scaling creators who can drive massive GMV through consistent video posts and live streams. You know what makes a video go viral on TikT ok Shop, and you know how to push creators to produce high-converting content at scale. What You’ll Do: Hard Launches: Lead the end-to-end launch of creators on TikT ok Shop, ensuring maximum impact in the first 30 days. Presence Growth: Manage a stable of creators to grow our brand’s social presence through high-frequency video posting. Content Optimization: Review creator videos and provide feedback on hooks and CTAs to ensure they align with TikTok Shop’s algorithm. Relationship Management: Build deep, long-term partnerships with creators who consistently drive revenue. Performance Tracking: Monitor creator sales data and iterate on your roster based on who is actually moving the needle. What we are looking for TikTok Shop Mastery: Deep experience specifically within the TikTok Shop ecosystem (affiliates, samples, and creator collaborations). Growth Record: Proven ability to take a creator from zero to high-volume sales through strategic video content. Aggressive Follow-up: You are comfortable "managing up" to creators to ensure they post on time and follow the brief. Trend Awareness: You live on TikT ok and understand the latest audio, formats, and "hooks" that drive engagement. Communication: Strong English skills to effectively coach creators and negotiate terms. WORKING HOURS: REMOTE-FIRST & ASYNCHRONOUS Async-First: We prioritize output over "hours in a seat." EST Overlap: You must be available for a few hours of overlap with US-based EST working hours each day to facilitate team meetings and real-time support.
