Manager, Project Management
Position Summary The Next Gen Reporting and Analytics team plays a critical role in delivering reporting solutions within the Health Rules Payor (HRP) platform. The Manager, Project Management role is responsible for the intake of new reporting requirements, as well as the ongoing support of reports and data feeds currently in production. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to define and document requirements for new reporting solutions and works collaboratively with technical report developers to support requirement clarification and solution design. The position also plays a key role in coordinating and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business and operational needs. In addition, the role is responsible for supporting existing production reports and extracts, including monitoring, issue coordination, and stakeholder communication to ensure continued stability and usability.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience supporting Medicare-related operations or programs
- 1-3 years of experience managing projects or initiatives and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools and reporting systems
- Ability to learn the NextGen platform and understand available data models and reporting fields
- Strong facilitation skills, including leading meetings with business customers
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with both business stakeholders and technical report developers
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results and communicate effectively in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and transition effectively between tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Health Rules Payor (HRP) and/or the broader NextGen ecosystem
- Knowledge of claims processing
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $60,300.00 - $132,600.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
