Senior Client Success Manager, Banking & Insurance Vertical (R-18970)
Description:
- Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for client value and impact conversations.
- Coordinate internal teams across delivery, onboarding, implementation, product, data advisory, training, and customer service.
- Conduct customer value touchpoints to document use cases, KPIs, adoption, and solution optimization.
- Identify and coordinate customer training needs across the portfolio.
- Ensure contracted products and services are delivered to meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs.
- Facilitate additional support and escalation resources as needed to resolve client issues.
- Support attendance to industry knowledge sessions when available.
- Act as backup support for sales directors and other client success managers on contract management, forecasting, and negotiation.
- Demonstrate products directly to customers when needed, including Finance Solutions, Sales & Marketing Solutions, and Third-Party Risk & Compliance offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, sales support, client service, or account management.
- 3-5 years of project management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using SFDC, KPI tools, BI Portal, OA/QTC, Sales Spot, and usage reporting systems.
- Strong knowledge and acumen of enterprise product sets associated with business unit solutions.
- Ability to document process reviews and/or process maps at a high level.
- Understanding of CFO, CPO, CCO, and CMO personas.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Six Sigma or Project Management certification preferred.
