Remote Third-Party Debt Collections Representative (Commission-Only, 1099)

Third-party collections experience is REQUIRED! (no medical) Prior experience using S Collect is strongly preferred! We are currently seeking experienced third-party debt collectors who understand that success in this industry comes from consistency, negotiation skills, urgency, and daily activity. This opportunity is best suited for collectors who are self-motivated, disciplined, competitive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. We are specifically looking for collectors with prior experience handling:

• Retail charge accounts
• Online installment loans
• Payday or short-term lending accounts
• Contingency-based placements

We are looking for individuals who understand third-party collections, know how to work accounts effectively, and are willing to consistently put in the effort required to produce results. If you are dependable, motivated, and willing to grind daily, this can be a strong long-term opportunity with significant earning potential.

Compensation

Overview This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering compensation tied directly to individual performance. Base compensation is determined based on:

• Prior collections experience
• Familiarity with specific portfolio types
• Experience using S-Collect
• Daily outbound call activity
• Overall performance and productivity

Additional compensation is earned through commission and performance goals tied directly to collections and posted fee activity. Collectors who consistently perform, maintain strong activity levels, and hit production goals will have the opportunity to increase overall compensation substantially. There is no cap on earning potential. Commission Rate Tiers (Based on Total Fee Collected and Posted):

• $0 – $2,000 total fee collected/posted: you earn 40% of the total posted fee
• $2,000.01 – $5,000 total fee collected/posted: you earn 50% of the total posted fee
• $5,000.01 – $7,500 total fee collected/posted: you earn 60% of the total posted fee
• $7,500.01 – $10,000 total fee collected/posted: you earn 70% of the total posted fee
• $10,000.01+ total fee collected/posted: you earn 80% of the total posted fee

Portfolio fee typically range from 30%–60%, depending on the placement The more you collect, the more you earn—no cap on income.
