We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services while maintaining a healthy, sustainable workload . This position is structured with a 6 billable hour per day expectation , intentionally designed to allow time for supervision, collaboration, documentation, and clinical decision-making-without excessive productivity pressure. Productivity expectations are intentionally designed to reduce burnout and support quality care, allowing BCBAs to focus on effective treatment, supervision, and professional growth.
