Job Title: Appointment Setter (Phone-Based) – High Ticket Online Coaching Company: SLYMA Location: Remote (Global) – Must Be Able to Work US Time Zones Job Type: Full-time About SLYMA SLYMA is a high-end online fitness coaching company helping women lose the last 10–20 lbs, build strong, aesthetic physiques, and feel confident in their clothes without living in the gym or starving themselves. We sell 16‑week and 12‑month premium coaching programs. Our leads come from Instagram, VSLs and affiliates – your role is to turn that attention into qualified sales calls. The Role As an Appointment Setter (phone-based), you’re the first human touchpoint for many of our leads. These women have already interacted with SLYMA (watched our VSL, followed Kiara or an affiliate on Instagram, filled in an application, etc.). Your job is to: Call them Follow a proven script Quickly understand their goals, timing, and ability to invest Decide if they’re a good fit Book high‑quality calls that show up and buy You’re not just “booking calls” – you’re protecting the closers’ calendars and helping women take the first serious step toward transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Calling Make 40–60+ outbound calls per day to warm leads from our CRM. Run short pre‑qualification calls using our scripts to confirm: Goal and motivation Timing and urgency Ability to invest in a multi‑thousand‑dollar program Handle some inbound calls from interested leads when needed. Qualify & Set Appointments Decide quickly: book them in, nurture them, or disqualify and move on. Set qualified sales appointments for our closers and drive strong show‑up rates. Call and re‑book no‑shows; send confirmation / reminder messages before calls. Follow-Up & Pipeline Management Follow up “not yet” leads via phone/text and keep them warm. Keep the CRM clean and up to date with clear notes, statuses, and next steps. Report daily and weekly on calls made, sets booked, show rates, and pipeline health. Script Execution & Improvement Learn and follow our phone scripts word‑for‑word for the first 90 days, while sounding human. Hit the checkpoints of each script section (goal, pain, money, timing) before you move on. Participate in regular call reviews and coaching; implement feedback quickly. What Counts as a “Qualified Show” You are paid per qualified show, not just any booking. A qualified show means ALL of the below are true: Watched the required VSL (or completed our pre‑call steps). Completed the full application with real, thoughtful answers. Meets our basic fit criteria (female, right demographic, has a job / income, can invest at least $2,000 to start). Attends the call and stays engaged for the agreed time. You’ve handed them over correctly in the CRM with clear notes for the closer. Requirements (Must-Have) Native‑level spoken and written English; very clear and confident on the phone. Can learn and memorise scripts quickly (you will be tested on this live in the interview). Comfortable making 40–60+ outbound calls per day plus follow‑ups. Confident asking direct questions about money, timing, and commitment. At least 1 year in a phone‑based customer‑facing role (sales, support, call centre, coaching, etc.), ideally remote. High attention to detail with CRM / note‑taking. Open to daily feedback and performance tracking – you want to be judged on numbers, not politics. Targets & KPIs 40–60 outbound calls per working day. 40–60+ qualified appointments set per month. 70%+ show rate on your sets. 25–30%+ close rate on your sets (by our closers). 100% of calls logged in CRM with clear notes and next steps. Compensation $800 USD base per month $50 USD per qualified show (per the definition above) No commission on closes (that’s the closer’s role) On‑target earnings for strong performers are $2,500–$4,000 USD/month once ramped, with upside as volume and quality increase. This follows a proven model: base pay + fixed amount per shown appointment, tied to profit per sale. This Role Is NOT For You If… You’re uncomfortable on the phone or speaking to strangers. You need a slow, heavily hand‑held environment to learn. You don’t like scripts or high‑volume, repetitive work. This Role IS For You If… You like talking to people and can keep a calm, friendly tone. You enjoy clear scripts and constant improvement. Growth Path We hire setters with the intent to promote from within. If you consistently hit or beat your targets as a setter (qualified sets, show rates, clean CRM), you’ll have the opportunity to move into a Closer role on our high‑ticket offers. Our closers are paid 5–10% commission on collected revenue (no cap), based on performance bands (5% → 7% → 10%) as you hit and maintain targets.
