Field HR Business Partner
Job Description:
- Partner with employees and management to design, communicate and oversee and ensure compliance with the company and human resources federal, state, policies & procedures
- Support all aspects of employee experience
- Act as the initial point of contact for all employee relations issues or concerns
- Provide monthly metrics pertaining to headcount, turnover, performance management
- Assist with the recruitment, interview, and onboarding process
- Maintain and coordinate employee development
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and make recommendations to the management team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Human Resources preferred)
- 3+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience in multi-unit retail environment and or Shared Services Center of Excellence required
- Experience influencing senior leaders around HR matters
- HRIS system experience and knowledge required
- Workday and Service Now required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
