Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting regular reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for Alternate Investments
- Processing trade deal transactions in client accounts and identifying/solving discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transmit brokers
- Processing Company Activity Events, settling/reconciling move tasks, and processing/reconciling dividend tasks
- Performing analysis of complex/escalated problems and testing/validation of new innovation improvements with merchant changes
- Achieving project goals in Exchanging, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Activities that directly impact the Client/Advisor account
Accountabilities:
* Customer review of registration agreements or transactions requests
- Client/Advisor level exemptions
- Governing responsibilities (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconciliation of Trade, Reward, and Transactions Cracks
- Reconciliation throughout BOS and Fund Firms
- Review and interpretation of appropriate tax coding and adjustments of tax coding
- Trouble shooting:
+ Internal/External body augmentations or issues + Origin of ruptures between TDA, the Fund, etc + Supplying method or technology solution alternatives to Management + Remediating transfer problems with the Fund or Contra Firm Client or Company Companion
- Client or Company Companion Company:
+ Answering business partner queries regarding Fund specific requirements/eligibility + Providing action on Choice Assets moves to expedite the client request or remediate not in good order issues + Timely and correct completion of client trading and returns requests
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Alternate Investments
- Knowledge of governing regulations (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
- Fluency in multiple languages
