Job Duties
As a Customer Experience Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex cloud and cybersecurity solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our products and services deliver exceptional user experiences, are highly secure, and meet the highest standards of quality. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching and testing operating systems-level software compilers, and network distribution software to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
- Planning, architecting, deploying, or supporting complex client/server or base software systems to ensure seamless integration and scalability
- Setting operational specifications and formulating and analyzing software requirements to meet customer needs
- Establishing standards for design, architecture, and recovery processes that result in comprehensive, scalable recovery plans across multiple groups and services
- Developing or contributing to creating implementation, validation, and rollback plans to ensure smooth deployment and minimal downtime
- Leading investigations of problems using standard and custom problem management tools and processes to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionality that meet customer needs and expectations
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related
Experience:
36 months of experience in any computer-related occupation
Specific Skills:
36 months of experience in each of the following: + Azure Services + Azure + Azure Active Directory + Azure AD Connect + Active Directory Federation Services
Preferred Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in cloud and cybersecurity solutions

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes:
Base pay:
$182,312 to $212,312 per year, depending on location and experience
