Key Responsibilities
As an IT Operations Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online systems. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Tracking and reporting system issues
- Data entry and management
- Responding to technical issues
- Relaying updates to teams
- Supporting working towards better systems
- Assisting with online releases and updates
- Maintaining clear records and reports
Skills Needed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
- Ability to solve problems quickly
- Basic computer-based skills and typing skills
- Team player, positive attitude
- Open to working flexible hours (nights/weekends may be required)
Experience
While experience in IT or customer service-related fields is preferred, we're open to candidates with transferable skills and a willingness to learn. You'll need to have basic knowledge of process tools (ServiceNow, Google Sheets, etc.) and ITIL certification or equivalent tech support experience.
