Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing customer queries and complaints, processing orders, and escalating complex issues to our management team. You'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
  • Processing orders, modifications, and escalations across multiple communication channels
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Listening to customer concerns and complaints, identifying the root causes of issues, and selecting appropriate responses to resolve them
  • Referencing advanced cases to management for resolution, providing background information as necessary
  • Maintaining and updating financial account information using computer software programs
  • Anticipating customer needs, following up with previous customers to offer reorders or additional services
  • Participating in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Call center or customer service experience (preferably in a similar industry)
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Willingness to participate in training programs before hire and on-the-job
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screen (for certain positions)
  • Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer
  • Familiarity with all of the goods and services offered by arenaflex
