The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to online chat inquiries in a timely and helpful manner
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and updates
  • Extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • A dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • A personal device with a functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • A commitment to full attendance for the paid 3-week Training period
  • A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with an ethernet connection
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required (not compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites)
  • A high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A high level of professionalism
  • Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude

Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act, is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is also desirable.
