The Role

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through real-time interactions via live chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve product and service questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and guide users through solutions in a professional and accurate manner. You'll be working in a fast-paced, digital environment, managing multiple conversations at once while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Need:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and clarity.
  • Ability to navigate online platforms, browsers, and productivity tools, including MS Office and Google Workspace.
