The Role

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, video, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Calmly resolving and de-escalating issues, and escalating interactions when necessary
  • Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments
  • Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues and upselling opportunities
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual team environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • High School Graduate or GED, with a strong focus on communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to type 25 wpm and navigate Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with a focus on logical problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and a willingness to learn new technologies

Work from Home Requirements

As a remote Customer Care Representative, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, Wired Ethernet LAN connection, and a minimum of 4GB RAM
  • Internet Requirements:

+ Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN + Proof of internet speed required

  • Clean and quiet workspace
