Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers and directing them to the proper departments as needed
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
- Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary
- Helping to explain contract details and manage existing customer relationships
- Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
- Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner, requiring camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
- General computer and typing skills
- A passion for customer service and quality work
- The ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask
- A high school diploma or GED
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
