Experienced Customer Service Representative - E-Service Chat - 100% Remote

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand to customers and business partners. You will be responsible for providing every customer with the best possible service experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
- Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
- Following up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
- Maintaining current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses
- May assume other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Computer literacy
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail
- Multi-tasking skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
While not required, the following skills are preferred:
- Customer service experience and/or training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in multiple software applications

Compensation and Perks
