Job Summary
We're seeking self-motivated, professional, and upbeat individuals to join our high call volume environment. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a range of benefits, including paid training, equipment, and a competitive salary.
Responsibilities
* Answer inbound and make outbound calls to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
- Ability to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic
- Punctual with great attendance
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and composure
- Must be able to pass a post-offer/pre-employment background check
Work from Home Requirements
* High-speed broadband internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download speed (Satellite Internet is NOT supported)
- WIFI connections only
- Currently hiring in the following states: Indiana, North Carolina, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Pennsylvania
Shift Availability Needed
* Hours of availability between 10:00am - 8:00pm ET (9:00am - 7:00pm CT)
