Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner via social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Tesla products and services, including features, pricing, and availability - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate cases when necessary - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Tesla's products, services, and brand voice to ensure consistent and engaging responses - Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement - Participate in social media monitoring and reporting to ensure timely and effective issue resolution - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve - Collaborate with the social media team to develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field - Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions - Proficiency in social media monitoring and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g. Salesforce, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in the electric vehicle or automotive industry - Knowledge of Tesla products and services - Certification in social media marketing or customer service - Experience with content creation and social media advertising - Fluency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, etc.)
