Key Responsibilities
As a Ticket/Gate Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their travel experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, checking-in passengers, and assisting with baggage handling and boarding processes
- Operating loading bridges, opening and closing aircraft doors, and ensuring the safe and secure transportation of passengers and their luggage
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding flight schedules, routes, and travel documentation
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Collaborating with other airport staff to ensure seamless operations and efficient customer flow

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
- Proficiency in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
- Basic digital literacy
- Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and a Customer Service Assessment
