As a Remote Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, providing email and live chat support to our clients. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
As a Remote Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming customer emails and live chat messages using a browser dashboard
- Assisting users with billing questions, login access, product setup, and discount applications
- Following response templates and knowledge base articles to stay accurate
- Escalating bugs or complicated issues to senior team members
- Logging ticket summaries and applying tags per workflow
- Maintaining a helpful, supportive tone in every message

Pay & Scheduling Info
* Start at $25/hour
- Eligible for raises to $30–$35/hour after 30 shifts and successful QA reviews
- Use a self-scheduling dashboard to select weekly shift blocks
- Available hours include mornings, mid-day, evenings, and weekends
- Minimum commitment: 15 hours/week
Training Program
Our comprehensive training program includes:
- 2 hours of video onboarding
- Practice with simulated tickets and chat sessions
- First live shift reviewed by QA
- Most hires begin working within 3–5 days
