Daily Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Chat Moderator, your daily responsibilities will include: - Monitoring live chat threads for rule violations, harassment, spam, or inappropriate content - Using moderation tools to warn or remove users who break community guidelines - Replying to basic user questions with saved templates - Logging incidents clearly and tagging for reporting - Keeping conversations flowing positively and on-topic - Staying focused and professional across quiet and high-traffic periods

Pay & Scheduling Details
Starting at $25/hour, with opportunities to earn up to $35/hour after 30 shifts with positive moderation reviews and accurate documentation. You will have the flexibility to pick your own shifts, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours/week.
Training Process
Our comprehensive training program includes: - 2 hours of video-based onboarding on community guidelines and tools - Live moderation simulation with trainer feedback - First real shift shadowed and scored by moderation lead - Go live in under a week after acceptance
Sample Moderation Shift
You begin your 9 PM–2 AM shift. In the first hour, a conversation starts going off-topic—you post a reminder and redirect the discussion. Later, you flag two spam accounts and remove inappropriate messages. You issue one warning using the platform tools and document the incident. You end your shift knowing you kept the space safe and welcoming—all without speaking a word.
